Physical therapy to optimize your own finish lines

Hey there! I’m Evan.

Thanks for checking me out! I’m an Orange County-based Physical Therapist, runner, and exercise enthusiast. You’re here because you may be off the rails in your training or fitness goals due to pain, injury, or simply underperforming. I’m here to guide you through the process of being the best version of yourself.

All services start with a 60 to 75 minute one-on-one session to learn about your specific situation and behaviors. This time enables me to understand your own unique ecosystem and motivation to train enabling us to make both immediate and lasting improvements.

If you're struggling to perform well in sports and or enjoy life with your methods, I can help you reach your best in a safe, timely manner to position you for your future endeavors.

  • Schedule a free consultation for a 20 minute conversation so we can chat about your overarching concerns about your return to training.

  • My goal is to help you understand what your body is experiencing and tailor a program to get you out of your pain and get you back into training.

  • I aim to deliver personalized programs to meet your needs while juggling your busy lifestyle; there is nothing more rewarding than helping you through your journey into taking care of yourself.
