A physical therapy evaluation is and should be a comprehensive first session that looks into your in-depth injury history, a physical exam, and a plan of care for you to take control of your concerns about your training.
Full communication between sessions is welcome as well!

A PT follow-up is for those who have completed an initial evaluation. These sessions are to refine the movement options and continue your path into feeling like you are able to train again; regressing and progressing are possible here to ensure your recovery

A gait assessment is specifically for those looking to optimize their efficiency with their running and look out for potential pitfalls with training. A full injury history, physical examination and training goals will be considered during this process.
