Physical Therapy and Coaching Services
Reduce your pain
My goal is to get to know your ecosystem and discover what might be contributing to your current experiences and to help find some early relief to get you to feel comfortable moving and preparing you for your training demands on the first day.
I want to make sure I can provide the right care that you need and something I have helped in the past.
Body Assessments/Training Optimization
When you have localized pain, the problem might not be related to just that specific area; taking a comprehensive head-to-toe approach allows me to address all contributing factors effectively.
Your rehabilitation will start to look like your training as your sport or lifestyle demands it. This way, you can continue to be the best version of yourself.
Individualized Running Programming and Analysis
If you're looking for a specific goal or address concerns that might deter your plan into performing your best, that plan has to be specific for you. This programming and analysis undergoes a thorough history and orthopedic examination, running-specific performance testing, and qualitative treadmill analysis to help you understand your situation and keep yourself on the path for consistent training.
